26400 Donegal Bay Road, Beaver Island, MI
WHAT:
Interior: Interior walls in the staff area, children’s area, bathrooms, hallway, entryway, and Music Porch
Paint (color to be selected by Director)
Exterior: Staining of building(s) walls and trim. (colors to be selected by Director)
WHEN:
Interior painting- To be done before June 15 to avoid busy summer season. The BIDL can be closed for the day to allow for this and avoid patron contact with wet paint inside the building.
Exterior Painting: to be completed by Sept. 1.

Please submit a letter detailing:
BID amount to include materials, paint and stain, wages.
Proof of insurance attached to bid.

Submission Deadline: April 15
