USDA awards $248,627 grant to Charlevoix Area Hospital
Charlevoix Area Hospital will also facilitate being the primary site for emergency telemedicine to occur with Beaver Island Rural Health Center.

Yes that is great old news. For the complete story be sure to check the NOVEMBER 2007 issue of NorthernIslander page 11. The grant is well covered in some depth.

It's to bad that the Petoskey News Review failed to point out to readers the very important, perhaps key, roll played by Beaver Island's Donna Kubic. :D
