Bought one of these for my parents’ echo, and never ended up using it. It’s still in the box. If anyone on the island has an echo and would like to try using it as your phone, you’re welcome to this to try it out. Or if you have a friend on the mainland? Free.

This is not an echo, it’s an accessory that can turn your echo into a telephone. If you don’t already have an echo, it won’t be of any use. Sorry if my original post was unclear.
