I still cannot access the web cam. I turned off the pop up blocker and still no view.

Very strange, it works, then sometimes its very slow. Our tech people have checked other sites and inform us that it may be the camera which would be very disappointing given what we paid. We are going to try to get some relief from Toshiba but of course that will be like pulling hens teeth!!! Thanks!

Sean, I hadn't messed with the cam in many weeks, thought about it today, called it up and although it could be considered "slow" on the upshot, it came up and was all good. I know it is not always "there" but I am now researching software upgrades to try to make it better. We will let you know!!!
