Members of the Fort Wayne-based professional vocal arts company Heartland Sings,
currently on retreat on Beaver Island, are performing an impromptu concert on Friday,
September 8 at 4:30 p.m. This concert is open to the public and proceeds will
benefit the BIC Center.

Vocal artists Elaina Robbins, Jerome Síbulo, and Ian Williams will be featured in this
performance along with the founding artistic director of the company, Maestro Robert Nance.
Maestro Nance has been visiting the island for a decade and has brought some of
his artists to the island for a working retreat. In appreciation for this beautiful island,
he and the vocal artists wanted to offer a concert to benefit the community.

The program will consist of a variety of repertoire, including musical theater, pop songs, and jazz standards.

The Shamrock Bar and Restaurant will be offering 10% Off any dinner entree
Friday night with a concert ticket presented.

Tickets are $8/Adult & $4/Student. Call 231-448-2022 for reservations, or stop in to the BIC Center.
