This Friday, November 11th, 2005 at 10 am in the school gym lobby we will be serving coffee and donuts to our local Veterans, with a flag ceremony immediately following at 10:30. Please plan to attend to help us honor them.

Veterans Day Celebration
Well as usual the Veterans Day Celebrations at the school were a great tribute to our men and women who are fighting and have fought to keep our country safe. The kids,teachers,and staff do a great job getting this together. Then it was across the street to the church to more celebrations there and they too were quite an emotional experience. I heard for the first time today how the story of "Taps" came about and its quite a sad tale. Anyone who wants to know it get in touch with Alvin LaFreniere, he received the story from Chuck Shellenberg. We had one big veteran missing today who was quite a veteran I must say Francis E we missed you and thought of you all day.Seriously folks don't ever forget the sacrafice these people make and when you see a veteran thank them !!
