Flags at half-staff Friday

President Obama has ordered the flag of the United States lowered to half-staff until sunset on Friday, August 31, 2012 to honor the memory of Neil Armstrong.

â??With one small step, Neil Armstrong touched the lives of people across our country and the globe, inspiring citizens of all ages by transforming what was once only imagined into reality. His legacy of service, remarkable vision and innovative spirit will never be forgotten. My thoughts are with his entire family during this time,â?￾ said Snyder.
