Brandon Charles Ballard, 28 of Lambertville, MI, died Sunday, April 22, 2012. Born Jan. 6, 1984 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of William Charles and Eileen M. (Woolford) Ballard. A 2002 graduate of Bedford High School, he had attended classes at Monroe County Community College. Brandon also graduated from Teen Challenge in 2008 in Muskegon, MI and was an active member of Compelled Church in Temperance. He loved more than most of us, he suffered more than most of us, he was more conscious of his walk with God than most of us, and will be missed by all of us. Brandon lived his life with one foot in heaven. Just 28 years young, he was an old soul in a young man's body. His faith, his hope, and his love was fixed on the other side of this life. Today, both feet are in heaven.

He is survived by his parents, Eileen Woolford-Ballard and William Charles Ballard, II. Brothers, Bryan William and Benjamin Robert Ballard. Grandparents, William and Joyce Ballard and Alvin Woolford. Special friends, The Bailey Family and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brandon was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Woolford.

Visitation will be from 2-9 pm Thursday at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 am at Compelled Church (Jackman at Temperance Rd.) in Temperance, MI.
