If you are having problems today, PLEASE call 1-877-837-8372. TDS is unable to connect with the server that serves the Island. The more calls they received the higher they will prioritize the problem.

After several calls, they're now aware it's Island wide and working on the problem. I've been online for sometime now and seems to be going well.
