Made In America at Powers Hardware
This is a topic we at Powers' Do It Best Hardware - Jeff Powers, in particular - have been working on for years.
While always trying to keep our eye on the price point, which is what we most often hear our customers want, we've tried to emphasize and expand our inventory of "Made In America" products. Last year we added a line of Libman mops and brooms, all proudly made in the USA. This Spring we'll have a new line of "Bully" tools - shovels, rakes and hoes - also made in the USA. In addition, we have been adding flag stickers to our product prices to make it easier to spot the hundreds of products that are made in this country, for those people who care to look.
