Mama San is going to take a break from cooking Chinese for the next couple of weeks. We will do one more Chinese dinner on Wednesday Sept. 13, which is the last Wednesday before we close for the season. I know for sure we will be doing sweet and sour tempura battered chicken, and probably something else to clean out the freezer! Please keep that date in mind and join us for dinner that night. I will remind you as we get closer. Thank you everyone for your patronage over the summer. It's been lots of fun cooking Chinese with Dave.
