Bruchetta and eggplant at Farmers Market Thursday

Thursday 9-11 a.m. Paradise Bay Coffee Shop. This week Beaver Island Gardens has lots of tasty products Eggplants are producing well and I will have fresh Bruchetta in 1/2 pints and pints. Z salsa is still available in fresh pack get it while its hot. For the rest of the day I will be baking Apple Pies. Lots of fresh produce and finally some nice Tomatoes.
