Sponsored by the Boyne, Charlevoix and East Jordan Area Chambers of Commerce with support from the Beaver Island Chamber of Commerce, the LCC Program is dedicated to taking participants and (potential) mentors through a nine-month program designed to integrate participants into a skill set preparing them for future leadership roles, as well as "enhanced" citizenship.

An important component of the LCC Program is the mentoring segment. Participants will be encouraged to work directly with our community leaders and observe their traits and characteristics while establishing a regular dialogue with them, establishing long-term relationships, involvement and commitment.
