On August 8th our electrical usage, as chronicled on Great Lakes Energy personal daily usage chart, spiked to about 5 times our average daily amount. The next shows a negative!? I've asked Great Lakes what is going on. No reply so far. Does anyone else on the island have such a spike on their daily usage page?
To find the daily usage, go to paying your bill page and click on daily usage. You may have to specify the dates you want to look at.
On my bill the usage dates jump from 7/28 until 8/2 and then another jump until 8/8 so I would assume that is the total used during the days not listed.
