What is meant by long-term?

Are you here now? or when would you be arriving?

Do you know people on the Island already?

There are very few places on the Island that are long term.....most rent by the week in the summer months, however ther are a few. I don't know at this time if available but would be happy to refer your name to them if you could provide a little more information!
