Seriously though, as long as it doesn't impact normal operations of the slip, I'm glad the Island is still flexible enough and not too rule-bound to accommodate special requests.

Personally, I would. I have never known that office to give an answer regarding real estate that is not thoroughly considered. On the other hand, I think that getting the right answers depends on knowing the right questions to ask.
