The Dish folks could not come today as planned so tried to come yesterday. The ferry started but turned around and returned to Charlevoix due to rough waters to say the least. The next trip has been rescheduled for Wednesday Nov 16 so I presume there is still an opportunity for new folks to schedule...

I guess there are 4 people that the Dish technician is coming to see on this Thursday (Nov 10). So - if anybody else needs work done now is the time to let them know as then we have more people to share the transportation/hotel costs! We just talked to Mike (Dish Service in Traverse City) and there are currently 4 people with Dish work orders on the island. We are hoping all will agree to have the service now scheduled for November 10 and share the technician's ferry cost and 1 night in the motel since only one ferry per day. Any...
