We heard the generator quite loudly last week here on Carlisle Rd when the winds were southerly. I imagine the sound might be intermittent if you are on the north side of the island and would be capricious with the breeze.

For those who enjoy feeding the birds I highly recommend the “no waste” kind of seed. It is seed that has all shells removed. It seems very expensive but it is all edible so you avoid the pile of shells and uneaten seed that builds up under the feeder and then attracts mice, deer, insects and other ...

I second Bike paths! It would be a tremendous tourist draw to be able to safely bike around the island and would be a relief to drivers to have bicycles out of their way. A win-win.

Hah! My husband always teases me with the Bronco (football) joke. He said he had two tickets to the Bronco game on his dashboard and someone broke into his truck and left two more. So beware. When I get there this summer and see your car with Draconia on the dash you might find five more.
