The cost of a round trip on the ferry is almost the same price as a round trip on the plane. So is there any data on how many people traveled by plane to the island???

Maybe its time to test the port of St James HOA and township go with the build it and they come ( Its not a micro home its just a really big storage shed with a loft, windows, porch and a door) and whats the worst thing they could do sue me HAHAHA

Once again winter has set in on beaver island. Lets all revisit Micro homes I just do not see any downside's of these types of homes. 1) Allows people to invest on their land they own, bringing much needed income to the island its not just the build of the home. Maybe the coast guard might have one on the mainland but I am quite sure its a pretty big piece of equipment costing in the millions of dollars. I would take a good guess In the coast guard does not loan it out.
