Much sunshine, minimal taxes, plenty of dentists but no pristine beaches. You can't have it all.

Called them last summer and they responded within 15 minutes. Came to the see the job within two days as planned. Three days later I had a complete set of specs and costs and a timeline. Job done well, on time and below budget. I suddenly felt like a customer not a supplicant.

Both sold. Wish I had two dozen more. Thanks.

Two reliable cars are for sale. First is a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder SUV with 4 wheel drive and second is a 2002 Mazda minivan. The good news is that a Good Samaritan has cleared several fallen trees. The bad news is that there is another tree down and you cannot currently get through.

This "road" is currently blocked by a very large tree and it is not easy to turn around.
