A friend of mine just spent a week out here and the focus of his entertainment was carp spearing. He had a great time skin diving with his mask, snorkel, fins, and spear. Of course catch and release doesn't seem the same after using a spear.

Third time offenders could be keel hauled. Of course it should be broad casted live via an internet web cam and latter posted to youtube to get the medias attention.
